Booking Policy

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
Rates: Rates listed are in Indian rupees and do not include applicable taxes.
Taxes: Goods and Services Tax and all other applicable taxes for the time being must be added to all rates.
Deposit: In order to guarantee each booking, at least 20% of the booking amount shall be paid. The balance of the total amount will then be taken at the time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Check-In Time: 1200hrs - 2300hrs Check Out Time: 11:00hrs
Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1100 to 1800 hours.
Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation or non-arrival amounting to No-Show, the following charges would be applicable as per the rate selected. Please notify the Hotel at least 2 days.
If Cancellation is made 2 days prior of the arrival –- No cancellation charges applicable.
If Cancellation made within 2 days of the arrival -- One night retention will be charged.
If Long Stay/Group booking cancellation/amendment should be received 20 days prior to the arrival date.

Others

Respect for the maximum occupant capacity per room: It is the Guest’s responsibility to respect the maximum number of occupants according to the type of room booked. Otherwise, in order to ensure the security of our customers, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the reserved room or to charge the difference for the rental of another room for the additional person or persons.
Respect for the building and its contents: It is the guest’s responsibility to respect the building and its contents, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics, and bedding. The hotel reserves the right to claim monetary compensation to replace missing or damaged objects, up to justified amount decided by the management.
No Pets Allowed : No pets are allowed along with the Guests.
Identity Proof: Guests are required to carry their government issued Identity proof and are expected to submit a copy of it at the time of check in. The requirement of submission of identity proof applies to every guest including the person in whose name booking is made.
No Smoking: Guest are supposed to smoke only inside the smoking room or dedicated smoking zone.
